couple’s medicine retreat

A ceremonial space for deeper truth, healing, and connection

The unspoken pain.

WHAT MAKES THIS RETREAT DIFFERENT

This is an immersive and intentional retreat experience for couples who are open to exploration, healing, and remembrance.

Together, we work with the nervous system, the body, relational dynamics, and sacred ceremony to support each partner as an individual and the relationship as its own living entity.

Through guided practices, ritual, reflection, and carefully curated experiences, you are invited to soften, listen, release, and reconnect.

A space to tend both the relationship and the individuals within it

Every relationship carries its own rhythm, wounds, beauty, and medicine.

This retreat honors that both partners arrive with their own histories, defenses, desires, and healing edges. In tending the relationship, we also make space for each individual to be witnessed, supported, and gently guided back into deeper truth.

When each person is met with care, the relationship itself can begin to soften, open, and transform.

Is this for you?

This retreat may be a fit if:

  • you both desire deeper connection

  • you are willing to be honest and present

  • you want support navigating a tender or transitional season

  • you value healing that includes body, heart, mind, and spirit

  • you are open to sacred, non-performative exploration

  • you desire a relationship rooted in truth, reverence, and intentionality

This retreat may not be for you if:

  • one or both partners are unwilling to participate

  • you are looking for a passive luxury getaway only

  • there is a desire to bypass truth rather than meet it

  • either partner is seeking a quick fix without deeper engagement

  • there is active abuse present that requires a different level of support and intervention first

Your invitation

Relationship is ceremony.

It reveals.
It stretches.
It humbles.
It asks us to choose love again and again in deeper, more honest ways.

If you and your partner are ready to step into a sacred space of connection, healing, and exploration, this retreat offers an opportunity to return to one another with intention.

Reconnect with your body and mind as you escape the noise of everyday life.
Day One - August 12th - Arrive at the Air b n b Day Two - August 13th

LAND - Meet - OPEN

Opening Ceremony

We begin with a guided ceremonial container to anchor the retreat.

This includes:

  • setting shared intentions as a couple

  • individual reflection on what each partner is bringing into the space

  • grounding practices to create safety and presence

  • opening the energetic and emotional field of the relationship

This is a moment of truth—meeting where you are, without performance.

Couples Connection Practice

You will be guided through a structured connection experience designed to:

  • deepen presence with one another

  • soften defenses and protective patterns

  • rebuild felt safety in the relationship

  • open pathways for honest communication

This is not about fixing.
It is about seeing and being seen.

Evening Shamanic Ceremony

A ceremonial breath work experience to:

  • bring awareness into the body

  • begin releasing stored tension or emotional holding

  • reconnect each partner to their own internal landscape

From here, connection begins within—so it can be shared authentically.

Evening Integration + Reflection

We close the day with quiet reflection and optional guided prompts.

This space allows you to:

  • integrate what has surfaced

  • share (if desired) with your partner

  • rest and restore

Day Three - August 14th

witnessing & sacred attunment

Day two invites you into deeper layers of the work—where trust is lived, not just spoken.

This is a day of ceremony, where each partner has the opportunity to be both the one receiving and the one witnessing.

To hold your partner in their process…
without fixing, rescuing, or turning away…
is one of the deepest forms of love.

Indigenous Medicine Ceremony

Kambo • Hapé • Sananga

This ceremonial experience is rooted in indigenous traditions and is held with deep reverence, intention, and care.

Each partner will be guided through their own individual process while the other is present as a grounded and supportive witness.

This may include:

  • Kambo for physical, emotional, and energetic clearing

  • Hapé to ground, center, and open perception

  • Sananga to support clarity, focus, and inner vision

Each element is offered intentionally and in alignment with the readiness of the individual.

The Role of the Partner: Witness + Anchor

While one partner receives, the other is guided into the role of:

  • grounded presence

  • emotional safety

  • non-interference

  • heart-led witnessing

This is a practice in:

  • staying present with intensity

  • releasing the need to control or fix

  • deepening trust in your partner’s process

  • embodying steadiness and care

Then, roles are gently reversed.

Both partners experience being seen…
and seeing.

Integration + Nervous System Support

Following ceremony, space is held for rest, nourishment, and gentle integration.

This may include:

  • guided grounding practices

  • somatic support to settle the body

  • hydration and restoration

  • quiet reflection

There is no rush here.
Integration is honored as part of the ceremony itself.

Evening: Partner Attunement Workshop

As the day softens, we come back together in a guided relational container.

This workshop is designed to help couples:

  • feel into one another beyond words

  • attune to emotional and energetic cues

  • practice safe, embodied connection

  • rebuild trust through presence and listening

You will be guided through partner-based practices that support:

  • co-regulation

  • heart-centered communication

  • deepened sensitivity and awareness

  • meeting one another with clarity and care

Day Four - August 15th

JOURNEY HEART & RETURN

Morning: Land Journey + Nature Immersion

Sedona offers a powerful and grounding landscape to support reflection, clarity, and integration.

This guided experience may include:

  • intentional time in nature with your partner

  • grounding and presence practices

  • moments of silence and shared reflection

  • gentle prompts to reconnect with truth, desire, and direction

The land becomes a mirror—
offering perspective, softness, and space to listen more deeply.

Midday: Integration + Rest

Time is given to return, nourish the body, and integrate the experiences from the previous days.

This space allows for:

  • rest and nervous system regulation

  • journaling or quiet reflection

  • optional sharing between partners

  • preparation for the afternoon ceremony

Late Afternoon: Heart-Opening Medicine Ceremony

As the day softens, we enter a ceremonial space centered on the heart.

This experience is designed to support:

  • emotional openness and connection

  • softening of protective layers

  • compassion for self and partner

  • deeper access to love, truth, and vulnerability
