I found my way to herbal medicine after living in the Western Medicine world for 20 years. Countless doctors, specialists, surgeons, procedures, pharmaceuticals led me to one place only…degrading. I was 25 years old and living with multiple autoimmune disorders, chronic illness diagnosis and was on such a cocktail of chemical medication that I couldn’t get through my days. After surgery for stage 3 endometriosis I dove head first into healing with earth medicine and have never looked back. Botanicals are our plant allies. The intelligence of these plants know how to prepare for Winter, come Autumn. They know how to die every Winter and come back to life every Spring. They know how to completely flourish and nourish not only themselves, but surrounding plants every Summer. THAT is the intelligence in healing that we consume when we work with these plants.
