Please carve out 2.5 hours for this experience. We may not need the entire time as it depends on how many arrive for this class. The last portion will be supportive for Q & A, whereas the majority of this experience will be a guided meditation inward to connecting with self.
Please dress comfortably and be in a space that will not have any distractions. This is class online, but it is ceremony in your space. Light the candles and incense. Make it what you desire. I look forward to seeing you there.
